Our baby is one year old. He’s growing up way too fast. We had quite the little party for him with grilled pizza and family. The order of the party was a little different this year. We actually had dessert and sang to him before he opened presents however we didn’t let him eat his cake until after presents……. What mean parents…. Here his is with his little cake.

The Easter Bunny came Saturday morning at our house this year. The kids put the baskets out and some empty eggs for the Easter Bunny to fill and hide.
They were ready to go find their baskets….
The Easter Bunny left little trails of jelly beans everywhere and Teegan was just double fisting them as fast as he could pick them up. That kid has way too much sugar.
The kids all got new pajamas and had to try them on. They also each got a yo-yo.
On Sunday we went out to Emmett and as always we had a little egg hunt there.
We then celebrated Karin’s 17th Birthday. Eric gave her 17 individual dollar bills. What a sweet heart!
I had a conference for work down in Vegas, so we decided to make a little vacation out of it. I went down on Sunday and my conference started Monday morning. I stayed in the Mirage Hotel. Sydnee came down on Wednesday and that night we went to Cirque Du Soleil: Mystere show. It was pretty amazing.

My conference ended on Thursday and the rest of the week we did a lot of walking. The hotel’s are pretty amazing.
It was a fun little trip, but its not a place I’d like to hang out for very long.
